Returns will not be accepted if a Return Authorization has not been generated by Bright Blue Dot
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of the order delivery date stated by the tracking information on the carrier's website
The returned item must be unworn and in its original new condition. Items that have been worn, resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return, and we will not be able to process a refund
All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item or we will not be able to process a refund
All refunds will be credited for the original purchase price, less shipping fee, except if the wrong item was shipped to you or if the item has a manufacturing defect.

How long does it take to process returns?
As soon as our Customer Service Department received a return, it will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. If the return meets our Return Policy, we will immediately issue a refund.
Please note that it may take your bank 7-10 business days to make the funds available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle for the refund to appear on your billing statement
